Maple-Glazed Salmon – Deliciously juicy and flaky salmon fillets marinaded in a sweet maple sauce, and baked in the oven. A quick and simple dinner recipe you’ll want to make again and again!

Maple-Glazed Salmon
I have the most quick and easy salmon recipe for you!
This salmon is incredibly juicy and flaky, marinaded in a sweet maple glaze, and baked in the oven for simplicity.
The maple glaze only requires 4 simple ingredients, and tastes absolutely delicious. The salmon is marinaded in the sauce before baking, and baked with the sauce for maximum flavour.
This is one of my favourite meals to make because it is just so quick to throw together, and it tastes SO GOOD. I’m sure it’ll become a favourite in your house, too!

Ingredients you’ll need
Here’s a list of ingredients you’ll need to make this salmon. You can find the recipe card at the bottom of this post for the complete list with their measurements.
- Maple syrup
- Soy sauce
- Garlic cloves: You’ll need 2, minced.
- Ground ginger
- Boneless salmon fillets: You’ll need 4.
How to make Maple-Glazed Salmon
To make this salmon, simply grab a small bowl and whisk together the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic cloves, and ginger.

Place the salmon fillets into a shallow baking dish (I used a 11×7-inch dish), and pour the maple sauce on top.

Cover the dish with clingfilm and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning the salmon over halfway through.

Bake, uncovered, for 15 – 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through, and easily flaked with a fork.

TIP: Pull the dish out 5 minutes before fully cooked, and brush the tops of the salmon with the sauce from the dish. Place back in the oven to finish cooking.
Serve and top with the extra sauce.

The printable recipe card with the FULL list of ingredients and instructions can be found at the bottom of this post.

Tips & Tricks for this recipe
When is salmon cooked? Salmon is cooked through when it can easily be flaked with a fork, and the flakes look opaque and pink.
Maple syrup: If you can’t get hold of maple syrup, you can use 1/4 cup (85g) honey in its place.
To serve: You can serve this salmon with a variety of foods. I mostly serve mine with rice, and a serving of broccoli.
